COMPLAINTS & CANCELLATION
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
These Regulations give the consumer the right by law to a 7 day 'cooling-off period' during which you can change your mind about buying once you have seen the goods.
In practice this means that you have 7 days after receipt of the goods to return them at your own expense and get a full refund of the cost of the goods but not including our postage costs. You must notify the seller within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return goods and they must be returned in good saleable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Goods, Delivery Delays and supply errors
In the event of any goods supplied being faulty or arriving in a damaged condition, or errors in processing orders, or delays in delivery, please email us. All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any remedial action taken will be fully explained by email on the same day if possible.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made, at our discretion. In the event of the wrong goods being supplied in error, we will refund the cost of returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PERSONAL DETAILS
In order to trade with you on the internet, it is necessary for us to gather certain minimal and obvious information. We must know your full name, credit/debit card billing address. If you make a purchase, we will retain your name and email address, but your payment card details are removed from our records once your order is satisfactorily completed. This informations is NOT passed onto third parties
COOKIES
To process your order it is also necessary for 'cookies' to be placed into your web browser. These simply record your order list in the Basket so that it can be totalled and relayed to us when you submit your order. We do not place any other cookies on your system. It is possible to prevent your system from accepting cookies by using your browser or firewall setup options. However, if you do this, you will have difficulty using our online shop, and many other online shops.
DATA SECURITY
The information we collect when you place an order will be filed by us in order to record the transaction. The personal details you supply are held securely in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will never be passed to other traders or to data collection agencies.
ON LINE SECURITY
